The bottom ones attach which is great, so I am confused why that wasn't an option for the top ones as well. Wow! I was holding off on replacing our outdoor furniture until I saw this set. I have never been so happy I went ahead with a purchase. The couch and table are solid and sturdy. They look amazing when assembled- which I did in an hour by myself. The cushions are rain resistant, but I still sprayed scotch guard on them to keep them clean and light.
