It's four stars because some of it is plastic. This unit is not all metal but it still functions and works really well. One important thing to note is that the handheld wand is activated by a manual lever behind the shower head. Ok. I ordered a different item, 2 days later I checked on the delivery. The web site said the item was canceled. Mayfair did not contact me about the cancelation. I order this part. Mayfair explained the delivery date and said if I needed it sooner I could pay 30.00 for expedited delivery. The item arrived late. I would like a refund for the extra shipping charge.
