We bought these to install in the kids’ rooms and play areas. So far, we’ve installed two of the six, and I love them! We wanted something low-profile that the kids would be less likely to hit or break (we have four kids under 6), and these definitely fit the bill. I was looking at a few different lights that looked very similar, and it took me a little while to realize that these allow you to adjust the lighting color, while the others didn’t. I love that we can choose a warmer or cooler light depending on what we want. They can also be dimmed at the switch, which is especially nice when the kids are getting ready for bed or when we need a little light in the middle of the night. We’re planning to install the others in the hallway and playrooms. My husband can install one in under 5 minutes! It would probably take me 15–20 minutes since I’ve never installed a light before and would have to look up how to do it, but even that seems pretty easy.
