This bed creates a warm, inviting centerpiece that complements a cozy, family-oriented bedroom. This bed is beautiful, super tall, and sturdy! The only reason I’m rating it 4 stars is because the bed comes with a distressed texture that is not specified in the listing - nor can you see from the pics provided. Love the bed, just wish it was a smooth, cohesive texture without the sanded edges and dings. Overall great purchase!. Anna. Spindale, NC. Sat Jul 25 2026

This sleigh bed gives your space a classic look with its arched profile and paneled details. Designed for convenience, it doesn't require a box spring so you can place your mattress right on the slats. Plus, the included slat kit offers even support for everyday comfort.

We’ve had this for almost two years now and absolutely love it. I’ve always dreamed of a solid wood sleigh bed.. Stacey Lynn. Hollister, NC. Mon Jul 06 2026

This elegant and classic solid wood bed brings your bedroom timeless elegance and retro charm. WORKS WITH AN ADJUSTABLE BASE! I was so excited to find a beautiful bed frame that was compatible with my adjustable base! It’s well made, sturdy, and was fairly easy to put together. It also comes with the pieces needed to support a mattress if you don’t have an adjustable base, which is a great bonus. I absolutely love the color and finish—it looks gorgeous in my room and feels much more expensive than it is. Exactly what I was looking for!. Sidney. Oriental, NC. Mon Sep 28 2026

The Beckett Bed by Madison Park Signature blends traditional craftmanship with poster-style detailing for a timeless statement. Crafted from solid wood with a beautiful wood grain veneer, it features turned spindle detailing on both headboard and footrails, accented with elegant finials. Designed for stability and durability, the reinforced slat support system ensures lasting strength and eliminates the need for a box spring. With 8.75 inches of clearance, it allows for extra under-bed storage and easy access for robotic cleaning. Bring classic elegance to your bedroom with this refined wood bed!

This is a beautiful bed and overall very sturdy! The only part that isn't quite as solid is the horizontal post at the foot, however, not an issue for me as I don't have kids and have a chest in front of it. The four posters also feel very solid and stable. The color is beautiful and 100% accurate. I don't use a box frame with it since it has so many slats so that's a plus- you could, though! The bed frame is low enough that it wouldn't make it sit too high. I have mine in Morocco Brown paired with two of the Satine 3 Drawer Fluted Chests in Walnut and they look great together! I got this bed when it was $869 so it's a great value at that price point!. Jessica. N Alabama. Wed Sep 30 2026

Some furniture just sits in a room. The Brixton runs it. Made entirely of solid pine wood, this king bed leans into its four-poster roots — hand-turned finial posts, a gracefully arched headboard, and a scalloped footboard that reads part farmhouse, part heirloom. It's a lot of presence for one piece of furniture, in the best way. Skip the box spring — the Brixton ships with 13 solid wood slats and 3 central support legs for sturdy, ready-to-sleep support straight out of the box. Built to support up to 560 lbs, it's made for actual everyday life, not just showroom photos. The wood is FSC certified and sourced from renewable forests. Available in a rich Walnut finish or a modern matte Black, the Brixton is CARB/TSCA Title VI certified and meets California 93120 formaldehyde emission standards. Assembly takes about 60 minutes with two people.

The dimensions listed in the photo are wrong!!! It is not 84" high. Refer to dimensions in the listing under 'Specifications' instead. I ordered this because I wanted a high poster bed. Thankfully I caught the discrepancy before unpackaging and assembling everything. Super disappointing though because we waited for it and it won't even work for our needs so have to return it.. With Wayfair, you never know what you're going to get, but this bed is nicer than we were expecting! The headboard and footboard are solid wood and the sides slide in easily. Our king size Sleep Number bed fits great with room for the head and foot to lift. Note the side slats are low to the ground with only a couple inches of clearance so storing things under the bed is not an option. But we're very happy with our purchase.. Jennifer. Saint Louis, MO.
