The safe arrived damaged from the carrier. I was assured by Sanctuary that the safe left their warehouse in perfect condition so they could do nothing to help me. The safe is well built and locking mechanism works well. Since the damage did not affect the function of the safe (cosmetic) and was not visible where I placed it I decided to keep it as Wayfair offered me a discount. Didn't realize it required assembly until it got here. Probably my fault for not reading carefully. It's a decent storage locker, but the gun rests are not great and isn't quite a sturdy as I hoped for from the pics, but it will do. Actually received the size bigger than I ordered, but again Wayfair customer service was awesome and issued a 25% refund and I'm going to make it work to avoid disassembly and shipping back.. Robert.
