So far so good. Received sooner than expected and was easy to set up. It is a nice massage too, the lower back is stronger but I expected that. One issue is when I lower the chair from the 360 position I hear kind of a snap from underneath. Will need to investigate that closer hopefully will not be a major problem.. Debbie. Idaho. It’s a good recliner and pretty much what I expected at this price. The only thing it’s lacking is a lever to open the footrest. You have to push it open with your hands, and I’m concerned that over time this could cause the fabric on the armrest to loosen or come off. If it had a lever for the footrest, I definitely would have given it 5 stars.. Yahyakhanaslam. Mon Oct 05 2026

We bought two chairs at the same time and the first two boxes to arrive had 2 backs and two right sides. Several days later, the seats and left side of the chairs arrived and we were able to complete assembly. The assembly instructions were adequate.
