I’m really excited about my new massaging recliner. The motor is a lil loud but bearable. When it first arrived I had a problem lining the holes up on the bottom to put the screws into, so Wayfair sent a technician out to properly tighten the screws into alignment. I’m a 71 year old senior so I really appreciate the fact that Wayfair made sure my chair was properly installed and safe. My only concern is keeping it clean with 2 teenage boys...but we shall see. It looks like it can be spot cleaned pretty well, but time will tell. I also would've loved it be just a wee bit darker beige, but it is a nice creamy color (in pics the view from behind is more accurate color in person). It is very comfortable, and I love that it is "push back" without extra latches, pulls, pockets, or needs to be plugged in to recline.
