We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. The chair has a nice firmness that gives him the support he needs for his sciatica, but it’s still comfortable to sit in for long periods. We went with the lift-chair option because he has some mobility challenges that may not get better over time, and we wanted something that would keep working well for him as his needs change. The fabric is nice on this recliner. It rocks which is nice. It was fairly easy to put together except the arms were a challenge. The massage is nice. The three stars are because it will only put the feet up and the head down at the same time. There is no adjustment for just putting your feet up or the back down. I had to add an ottoman for my feet if I want to have them up but be upright on the back. It makes it very inconvenient. It did not say this anywhere in the description or I would have gotten a different chair. If you don't mind the reclining and feet up in the same motion, then it is a nice chair.. Deborah.
