They were packaged well for shipping, but the back top corner of one of them was slightly “crushed” - maybe because they were made from reclaimed wood. This product was different. Every piece/component was REAL wood. Even better is that it was designed very well. Hardware was of very good quality. All the pieces fit together very well. I would rate this product a 9 out of 10. Very impressed. I will look for this manufacturer in the future when considering one off furniture pieces.
