This floor lamp brings upward illumination to dark corners while maintaining a slender, space-saving footprint in your home. It features a sturdy iron metal fixture that grounds the design with clean, modern structure. Designed with a classic torchiere silhouette, the top shade directs light up toward the ceiling to bounce soft ambient brightness throughout your space. The streamlined profile fits easily alongside seating, desks, or entryway nooks to elevate your lighting setup without taking up valuable floor space. Bright light with a compact design. The base is a nice warm gold tone. For me it’s limiting because the only way to turn it on is via the button on the wire at the base but where I have to plug it in the button is under other furniture. So it’s great if you want it out in the open but not so handy tucked in a corner. I’d also swap the bulb that comes with it since it’s that ultra white LED.. Abee. CT. Mon Jun 01 2026

The Expo torchiere can illuminate any room with even up lighting. A beautiful frosted glass shade diffuses bright ambient light. An Adesso patented 300-watt double Socket construction allows for two crisscrossed sockets, each holding on/off 150-watt incandescent or LED bulbs which provides approximately 3 times more light than a typical torchiere. The brushed steel finish is complemented with chrome accents on a chunky pole that gives the lamp a bold presence in a room. A simple high/low rotary switch is located on the pole to adjust the brightness. This lamp has a black cord and is smart outlet compatible. Use incandescent bulbs up to 150W or dimmable LED bulbs (Do not use: 3-way bulbs or CFLs). We recommend using incandescent bulbs for best results achieving both settings of 50% brightness and 100% brightness with no flicker. When using LED bulbs, it is common to see some flicker on the low setting (the high setting will always have no flicker). A dimmable LED will minimize the low-setting flicker, but may still occur. Bulbs are not included.

Attractive, lights a corner of the room beautifully. Highly recommend.. Anonymous. Wed Oct 07 2026
