Bodycraft Adjustable Home Gym

If you want to workout like a pro at home, it's time to look at the Soozier home gym system. Our lat pulldown machine includes an added low-row pulley, allowing a range of exercises for your shoulders, back, and chest. An ergonomic handle, adjustable height, and angle allow you to lift safely and comfortably. A tough steel frame and adjustable weight plates let you progress your way to 110 lbs. When you bring the gym home, you exercise on your schedule and your rate. Score big with Soozier.

The box it came in was a little damaged but nothing inside was damaged. Fairly easy to assemble but could have better instructions. All hardware, nuts, bolts and washers were there except one washer. Probably had fallen out of the box because the bag had busted open and scattered all over in the box. Seems to be heavy duty. So far works as advertised. Great price. Matthew. Ellijay, GA. Ever wish you could bring the full-length studio reformer experience home without it taking over your living room? Picture this: After your morning Pilates flow, you simply detach the stands, fold the 91-inch frame in half, and slide it under your bed—taking up less space than a suitcase. Yet when unfolded, it supports every family member from your 5'2" teen to your 6'7" partner with smooth piano-wire springs and whisper-quiet gliding. This isn't just a reformer; it's your family's personal wellness studio, designed to disappear when not in use but deliver studio-quality performance whenever you're ready to move.

Love it! The only thing is that the arm straps should hang on the head rests like in the picture but don’t if you want to keep them at useable slack length. That part is annoying, because who wants to stop a work out to keep adjusting back and forth? But otherwise great! Took my husband 2 hours to build. Jessica. Saugus, MA. Sat Sep 26 2026

Imagine trying to do a cable crossover in your cramped garage—tripping over weight plates, constantly re-racking bars, and wishing you had the smooth, guided motion of a commercial gym. Now, picture this sleek unit mounted cleanly on your wall: with a simple slide, each pulley adjusts to the perfect height for lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns, or seated rows, while the compact footprint leaves your floor completely free. This isn’t just a cable station; it’s your zero-floor-space command center for hundreds of gym-quality exercises.

What if your family's fitness goals didn't require a garage full of separate machines? Imagine this: You're finishing a set of heavy Smith machine presses while your partner crushes lat pulldowns on the opposite side—both of you using the same 121lb weight stack, in the same footprint, at the same time. No waiting, no re-racking plates, no compromising. This isn't just a home gym; it's a dual-sided training fortress where every workout feels custom-built, every session is shared, and every square inch works harder than you do.

Just want I was looking for. All in one smith machine for my basement. Got it on sale and have no regrets.. Yareli. Cumming, GA. Mon May 04 2026

This is probably the most impressive piece of gym equipment I’ve ever used. It has every workout any person could ever want and it’s fully modular. Sit ups, pull ups, bench press, rowing, band workouts, squat rack… and more I probably haven’t even figured out yet. It is extremely sturdy and can easily hold my entire weight without wobbling at all. The best part is that it doesn’t even take up that much space… could easily fit in a small workout room or garage gym. Super impressed with the quality. It also shipped quickly and comprehensively in three boxes. It took a while to build, but if you have a socket wrench or a power tool you could do it in a few hours. Couldn’t be happier 1010. Jason. Ann Arbor, MI. Sun May 17 2026

This isn’t just a machine—it’s your personal fitness headquarters, ready for any workout you throw at it, any day of the week.

Amazing addition to our garage gym! I can get an amazing lower body workout in a few exercises. This piece is well made and sturdy. I don’t feel it rolls as smooth as I would like, but I may add some kind of lubricant to fix that. Check your pieces when unboxing because we had a couple pieces that were bent, but the supplier sent us new pieces with no problem. The assembly instructions were amazingly clear and well packaged. The hardware is labeled by step so even though it was a lot of pieces it wasn’t daunting to assemble. This piece of equipment has many cool features. It works with standard and Olympic size plates. It has a spot for band attachments. It has so many adjustments to target different areas of your legs. The back pad and shoulder pads are comfortable. I love that it adjusts to be able to work for me (5’3”) and my husband (6’3”). If you have the space, a leg press is a very effective lower body workout in a short amount of time.. Alison. Wylie, TX. We ordered this dip station for our mini home gym. Our ten-year-old twin boys were able to assemble most of this all on their own. Their dad had to help with a few things but assembly was pretty simple. It doesn’t seem too sturdy, as it wobbles just a bit, that is the reason for the one star deduction. It will do the job though.. Kelsy. US. Wed Sep 02 2026
