This is Lupita, an escape artist disguised as a spunky mini schnauzer. She had managed to wedge her way out of any tiny gap in our fence. Long story short, we ended up replacing an entire back fence to keep her in our yard....which didn’t work! She managed to wedge through the new fence. Our fence was lined with rocks and stones in an attempt to keep her in but she still dug around them UNTIL...my husband found this!!!! I hammered them in to all of the areas she was wedging through and she has not gotten out of our yard since! Simply amazing! I would definitely recommend it. We had a lot of barriers left over, but will be using them on other yards where she spends time, like my in-laws yard. June 9, 2026 update: it's absolutely not leather but it is wearing fine. I took the made-to-be-removed inserts out, threw it in the bathtub with laundry soap and washed the soft inside fabric and it took vigorous scrubbing very well. Still recommend this seat.
