These are very sturdy stools and the wood is beautiful. BUT. I bought 2 sets. One set was fairly well matched in color, the other was not. One was very yellow on the top and the other fairly dark. In person, they didn't go at all. I solved this because I didn't want the hassle of returning them by painting the tops. Great stools but be aware of the color variation. I bought them hoping that the variation would mean that they matched my table. The difference was too much (and too yellow) hence the paint.. Carol. Dc. Thu Sep 03 2026

This counter stool combines natural materials with a minimalist design, making it a versatile addition to your kitchen or bar area. The frame is crafted from solid poplar wood, while the seat is woven from rattan for a touch of texture. Perfect touch of warmth to our kitchen. They’re not the sturdiest, but the price point was why we purchased. I also have to put a blanket on them if sitting in short jammies, as the material digs into your skin and feels itchy. My 3 year old doesn’t like the way they feel on his knees when he kneels on them. Still…for the price, you can’t beat them.. Rory. Orlando, FL. Sun Jul 12 2026

Great stools and very well made. Only critique is that one of the screw holes on one of them was slightly out of alignment to the screw, so I had to force it in to get it together. Once it was seated, it was fine, but did take some extra effort to accomplish assembly.. Adrian. Palm Beach, FL. Thu Aug 06 2026

Whether pulled up to the kitchen island or rounding out the pub table, this 30'' bar stool is always the perfect perch. It includes a set of two chairs, both built on top of four legs connected by supports where you can rest your feet. Its frame is crafted from mahogany and walnut wood finished in a neutral solid tone. Plus, the seat is cushionless for versatile appeal, but the back still stands out with an openwork cross design.

We bought the Diamondback Solid Wood 24" Counter Stool in Mahogany and we LOVE them! I do wish I had bought the 30" inch stools, but hind sight is 20/20, isn't it? You really cannot tell how it would fit without seeing it in person; honestly, it would be helpful if Wayfair put the both sized stools up to the counter in a photo. For now, you have me telling you, that if you are buying this for the Dodge Kitchen Island, and especially if you are putting the wheels on that island which puts the counter at 38" high, consider buying the 30" inch stools, Ok? The Mahogany stools are not as dark as the counter top, but the black would not have matched either, soooo . . . it is what it is; we still love them because they are GORGEOUS !! You will love them too! If you do buy the 24" inch stools, know that they will be easier for your kids to climb into. My SO says that they were a snap to put together, and the company sends extra screws just in case. [please pardon our mess, it's a busy kitchen]. Pamela. New Mexico. Mon Jul 06 2026
