I’m unsatisfied with this product. After the sliding bench arrived and the first assembly guy unpacked the box we discovered a very noticeable split in the composite wood front slate. It should have never been packed and shipped. I immediately contacted Wayfair and had a replacement part sent. When the replacement part arrived the second assembly guy discovered two other parts were cracked or split. Consequently, I immediately recontacted Wayfair while the assembly guy was present and asked for a refund. This is an inferior product. *WARNING *Don’t purchase this product! I wasted my time. Wayfair extended me a $20 gift card. Finally, the last assembly guy completed the assembly to his credit even though several of the screw holes did not match up.. Cornes. Chicago, IL. Overall, I really like this glider. What I like the color, the size (fits perfectly in that small space), it is sturdy, and it glides smoothly. The assembly was fairly easy - I did it by myself in a couple of hours taking my time as I went. What I didn’t like It is advertised and pictured with 2 cup holders and there was only one. Also, the bolts that attach the back to the arms stick out and there are no covers for them. Yes, I double checked to be sure I used the correct bolts and that they were put in correctly. I spent a lot of time looking for a bench that would hold up to the weather (composite) and would rock. This is a glider but I really do like it better than a rocker. I loveeee this 3-piece outdoor rocker set. The color I chose dark green-brown frame. The rocker chairs rocks smoothly. The cushions are quite thick and give enough support for your rump and back (see pics). There are tabs/ties to secure the cushions to the rocker. They did come with 2 covers which I wasn't aware of when I purchased and was pleased to see the company went the extra mile to add them to this set. One less accessory to buy. We have left them in the rain and repelled the water. The rockers are made of metal so be careful if you're in direct sun with your armrest. The chairs seem to be quite easy to get out of for my hubby and myself with our weary bodies. It's not hard on the knees or too low to the ground for either of us. The table is pretty and looks sturdy. It's not too big, but enough room for a candle, few drinks and a plant. I am very satisfied with this set, and it is an eye grabber to anyone passing by my home. This chair is very comfortable and a delight. Assembly really requires prior experience with schematics and understanding basic aspects of hardware. However, as the pics show, the upper/seat section is out of alignment with the lower/base portion; it's pushed to one side. That results in the upper frame knocking against the rear black glide "dog bone" part. I don't understand what would cause this skewing. I kept all fasteners not-tight until everything was assembled. Fortunately the knocking only occurs if I glide far enough forward, which is actually beyond my typical glide length. But I have to take a star away because of this.. Bart. Boulder, CO.
