The chair seems nice so far. The instructions are easy enough. The actual sitting pieces - the armrests, the padding, the leather, etc. - all seem high quality. The mechanisms to raiselowerrecline do not, though. The knob to recline came off on my first use. I was able to put it back on but it will happen again. You also only have one recline position - it’s either locked to where you cannot recline or it’s not. You cannot set it to different recline angles like many high-end chairs.. Richard. First off , the box it came in was in terrible shape. Whole back was open, corner torn off. Thankfully all the parts were there and the chair was not damaged. But FedEx- come on . Secondly and Im no newcomer to assembling items, the assembly was not a smooth process. Some of the screws took several attempts to bite . As for the chair itself Ive used it for a couple of days.
