I love this under mount unit. It was easy to install. Just mount guide frame first for hole alignment check. Then remove guide frame, install arm to frame and remount mount under desk. Then install key board guide why sitting in your desk chair with 4 easy screws. It solid and sturdy. You can adjust the height of the board for your fit. An added feature (which I did not realize when I ordered it), you can rotate the key board either direction (pivot point center). This has come in real handy several times in the short time of my use. I wish I had done this earlier. I didn't realize how much more comfortable of typing at below desk top level is. I’m extremely happy with this desk. The wood top is exceptionally nice and I did purchase an inexpensive faux leather blotter to protect it from my scribbles—it’s quite handsome and I don’t want to ruin it in a clumsy moment. Good quality for the price. It did take 4-5 hours to assemble as others said in their reviews, but it went together perfectly and is solid. The factory workers did an exceptional job of packing and labeling everything. It does need to be placed against a wall rather than having the back face the room. The large “file drawer” is not sized like a file cabinet would be (smaller) but file folders will fit. It’s a small-ish desk…not an “executive desk,” but for me it has plenty of storage and I especially like having the two-shelf cabinet at bottom left. This desk went beyond what I expected. There was a small issue with the sliding part upon arrival, but I managed to fix it easily using needle nose pliers. If that hadn't happened, I would consider it flawless. Assembly, apart from the additional metal work, was remarkably easy and even enjoyable. The final result is fantastic! I adore it.
