I really like this oven. Its big enough to fit a 13 round pizza in and with a child with autism, she absolutely loves the fact that she can use this. Shes afraid of the regular oven. Cooks it perfect, easy to use, easy to clean and doesnt make much noise at all. I like the fact that when you are done cooking it has a fan that powers on to cool the oven before completely shutting down. Which comes in handy because I have cats and they like to jump on top of the oven when im away from it, this way they dont burn their little paws. Ive used this to bake cookies, a cake, biscuits and no issues. Even worked great on defrosting frozen dough, cause how many times have we forgotten to take it out earlier . I was hesitant to purchase a no name brand, and I read the reviews of people saying it was too difficult to understand, i had no issues with it. My children had no issues with it. It gets used daily several times a day. I think if I had to give it one the issue I didnt like was the fact that the interior light does not stay on all the time while cooking. It goes off after a few minutes. And I pressed it to go back on only because im constantly looking to see if its done or how its cooking. But other than that, I absolutely love this oven. After using the oven for about 9 months, I have found it to have some hotspots, and the self cleaning function is just ok, which is disappointing because the Air Fry function makes the oven a mess! It takes a very long time to preheat, and the convection temp runs hot or higher than what the oven is set at. Received my beautiful stove early and now just waiting on the remodel. Packaging looks undisturbed and delivery team kept me posted the day of delivery. Awesome experience. Upon installation of the stove, we discovered the unit wasnt working properly. Wayfair Customer Service acted quickly and gave us several options which included repair or replacement. We opted to have the oven replaced. The replacement unit arrived within two (2) weeks. I cannot brag enough on Wayfair's Customer Service and Delivery Service as they did everything in their power to make our experience amazing. We received the replacement unit and it looks beautiful in my new kitchen. Wayfair excelled in my kitchen remodel project. I’m still moving into my place but I needed a fridge that was narrow and this is perfect. I love the look and the inside looks more spacious than I expected. The fridge gets five stars. Wayfair gets zero. This was the most painful delivery process imaginable. When you order you get a delivery window with the information that you can specify what day you want it delivered once the order is processed. When that time came, I went online and chose my delivery day as the one they initially provided me was before I’d be moved into my new house. Everything seemed fine until I got text messages about it being delivered the original day. I went online again to see why it reverted back and I couldn’t even get to the page without it crashing. Same on the app. Customer service was awful. I finally talked to someone from their large parcel delivery team who was super friendly and help me reschedule again, confirming with me that I was all set. Until the original date comes around I start getting text messages about it being on its way and to reply to the text if there’s an issue. Of course there’s an issue, I’ve rescheduled more than once now. Replying back as instructed of course did nothing. I finally talked to the delivery people and told them I don’t live there yet and that I’ve rescheduled more than once, they were great and basically echoed how horrible this company is to deal with. So now I’m at a point where I have to wait for them to put it in as undeliverable and reschedule, though of course my original date I had confirmed twice is no longer available so book it for two days later than desired. This day finally comes around and I am tracking the delivery online and everything looks okay. Wouldn’t you know it, Wayfair calls me and says they’re calling to confirm that I’ve requested to reschedule for another five days later! I don’t even know where they pulled that BS from but I was like look, it’s out for delivery and if it doesn’t make it here I’m just returning it and going somewhere else, it’s not worth it at this point. The delivery guys did show up and were great, and like the others from the week before echoed that they’re not surprised by the miserable customer service and ordering process. I haven't had this long but I have been testing it out this week and so far everything is excellent. I was comparing the cooking times and evenness to my previous toaster oven and this is doing better on the evenness and equal in time. I have not explored all the settings yet but the air fryer for the french fries was excellent. I could put more fries into the "basket" and they were evenly cooked. I absolutely LOVE it. Not installed yet, but it definitely is heavy duty and is a very nice color. I will update my review after I get a chance to try it out. It is a energy star appliance. The down fall is the specs state it is 18.6" deep. The number one reason I wanted the oven, because it would fit the baking pans I already own. But the inside is really 16.5", because in the back of the oven the convection fan is built out about 1.5" inches, so the oven racks are actually 16" wide. It's beautiful. I'm new to induction, so it's weird, so far, but I think that's about induction technology, not this stove. One super tiny complaint is the screws they give to put the black metal backsplash on are silver, so if your stove is in an island & you see the back of your stove, the screws stand out & look cheap.
