Easy to install, product is intuitive, and lighting on knobs/under unit are awesome. One element that is lacking is the back hi g design. This unit is designed to be built in, and as such costs 4x what a normal Blackstone unit does. The hinge configuration creates a gap on the back edge which is not an ideal transition to your top. Back hinge placement also causes the front of the lid to wobble a bit when opening and closing. Small detail but big one when building a high end outdoor kitchen. I was a bit nervous buying such a big grill online, but this thing is a beast. The first thing you notice is the build quality—it’s heavy. Unlike the flimsy ones I’ve seen at big-box stores, the side tables on this are super sturdy when you’re prepping food on them. Assembly took me and my son about an hour. The instructions were actually easy to follow, and all the parts were labeled clearly. A huge plus was the bonus grates and griddle plate included in the box. Most brands make you pay a fortune for those extras, so the value for money here is definitely there. We did 15 burgers and some steaks for a party last night, and the heat is so even.
