Picture on wayfair site is slightly misleading. I should have read the description regarding the shade color. It is white not amber as it appears on the website. It was also a little tricky getting the shade to center on the base due to the round metal fixture to hold the shade in place easily moved the shade to the side. Great sconce, easy to install, and all hardware included! The shade is real glass, which I like. Two notes: First, the glass shade slides in from the top after the fixture is attached to the wall. If you have a mounting location with low overhead clearance, you can carefully rotate the sconce sideways to install/remove the glass, but you won't be able to fully tighten it after the glass is in. The whole sconce mounts to a single threaded rod (that bolts to the J-box), so rotating it around that single rod is an option. Second, the glass itself has a matte frosted finish.
