I am very unhappy with my interaction on this product. It was delivered damaged but showed on the site that delivery was pending so I could not file a damage complaint. I waited a couple days, same issue. I started a chat, that told me the same thing. I finally called. I was asked if I wanted to return for refund or replacement. I said replacement. After which I received notice that it would be 2 weeks until delivery. I also had to box the damaged unit back up and pick up would be on Monday. I called again and asked if I could receive a partial refund and keep the damaged product. I accepted because I was out of town at the time, we needed to get this project done (we were without a bathroom) and I just wanted to get it resolved. I have not received my refund and Fed Ex came today asking about the return! I am frustrated. I would like my refund and extra for the time I have spent trying to resolve this. I don’t know that I will order again.. Kathleen. Baldwin, WI. Wed Oct 21 2026
