This nursery armchair has been wonderful! Baby is 3 months old and weve spent countless hours in this chair. Its very comfortable and has no signs of wear. My only complaint is that it is very difficult to push down the bottom part out of the reclined position. The armchair is spectacular it looks elegant in the room and is very comfortable for nursing your baby. Personally, I loved it. However, I did have an issue the delivery wasnt the best. The box arrived heavily damaged—to the point where the back of the right armrest was affected—and there was a hole in it, which was disappointing. When I reported this, customer service processed my claim immediately. The manufacturer is in contact with me to reach the best resolution so far, they’ve offered a 15 refund, but I dont consider that fair since I paid the full price for the chair. I’ll update my review later to let you know what the final resolution is.
