I thought these were beautiful albeit expensive. When I saw that they had several open box items which are final sale, no return, I reached out to inquire about probable defects. Needless to say, I was very disappointed to have my items arrive with scratches and defects in the metal finish (factory defects) and the faux leather were of two different dye-lots. Additionally, one of the cushions is noticeably taller than the other.
