These lamps exceeded our expectations! They arrived well packaged, and even though I had already cut the box open before taking pictures, everything inside was protected and arrived in perfect condition. Assembly couldn’t have been easier, it took less than 5 minutes to have both lamps completely set up. The shades fit nicely, and the instructions (though hardly needed) were clear and straightforward. The quality is impressive for the price. The bases have a substantial feel, the finish looks even better in person, and the linen shades give off a warm, inviting light. They look much more expensive than they actually are and fit our space perfectly. Overall, this was another great Wayfair purchase. I was super excited to receive these lamps I thought they would match kind of a neutral tone around the room. They are quite large and yes, I looked at the measurements and compared it to the lamp that I had in that spot before I purchased. There are two things that do stick out. I had read it and somebody else’s review after I placed the order and now I’m wondering if I would’ve noticed or if it would’ve bothered me before reading it elsewhere. Maybe I wasn’t paying attention when purchasing the lamps however I thought they were going to be a little bit more distinct from each other. You can tell they were mass produced. I was going more for the natural vibe as opposed to “we got twins” look. Maybe if I used them in separate rooms. However that defeats the purpose. I purchased these for the living room thinking. I was going to go more Polynesian in my second home when I got new furniture. That didn’t happen so I put them in the bedroom. This lamp is a nice addition to my nightstand and provides a warm, cozy glow. The solid wood base looks great, and the velvet shade gives it a more elevated look than I expected. It was easy to assemble and feels sturdy overall. I took off one star because I wish the shade sat a little more evenly, but it's a minor issue. The Apulia table lamp by Brayden Studio is a truly striking piece! The large shade with it’s interesting shape makes this a standout lamp. The material in blue has a suede feel and look. However the shade was damaged in shipping and got a number of dents in it. I was able to push out the dents but some can still be seen. I was offered a replacement but that was untenable since I was asked to send it back in a similar large carton then get it to a FedEx location that was not near my house.
