Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. Not very happy with this rack as the bars are too close together its made more for hand towels rather than bath towels.. Christine. Laplace, LA. Wed May 06 2026

We like the looks of the heated towel rack except the cords is too long ; it will be nicer if we had choice on the length of codes. Still trying to figure out what is the most economical way to use it.. Yoshiko. Sidney, BC. Mon Feb 28 2022

We had a friend tell us to make sure we put a towel warmer in! So glad we did! The square shape matched all our Square accessories! This particular one can be hot wired or plugged in. So mine just plugs into the wall! You do have to turn it on and off. And it usually take a minute to get warm… (it doesn’t have an emergency to hot turn off in it) so we are going to look for some kind of timer maybe to leave it plugged into. But we do enjoy it!. It functions just fine, no electronic issues after over two years. I didn't install it, so I can't speak to the ease of install. It keeps the towels nice and dry, but only the inside of the towel that's in contact with the metal bars actually feels warm to the touch.. Nicholas. Little Rock, AR. Fri Jan 01 2021

Solid purchase. Heats 6 of my towels within ~30min (I turn it on before I start to brush floss etc) and by the time I’m out of the shower, I have warm to the touch towels that literally evaporate water off of me. It’s a small change you can do for yourself if you have the extra money that, I think, really adds a layer of self care and intention to my routine. Great size, does the job, no complaints.. Nick.
