We were so looking forward to get this chair, but the stitches job is defective on the seat and because is crooked so pulling the stitches off when seated, guess the weight caused the pressure. We don’t know if we should return it bc it’s already assembled. *06/03/26 updated: after contacted the wayfair customer service, very impressed they quickly responded and willing to make it better for customer, now the problem had been resolved. This is a beautiful teakwood bench. It’s something I lay outside on my patio every day when the weather permits. Over all it was the look I was going for. The quality I guess reflects the price. It's not bad quality but its not quite what I had hoped for. For instance - the two seater is made from joining together two one seaters. So there is always going to be two holes on each side of your armless sofa unless you are going to install arm. But I placed the extra bolts that were inluded with the hardware and so gave it finished look.. Patrick. Hamilton, ON. Fri Jun 05 2026

It’s nice, feels fairly durable, and will be easy to clean being that we’re using it as a dining bench. The vinyl feels very stiff and nothing like leather. I’ve had other furniture that just felt more like real leather. This isn’t quite it.. Heather. Boise, ID. Sun Nov 02 2025
