My second one! Perfect for crispy gyozas and even cooking. This is the second time I have purchased this sauté pan because the first one performed so well. It has become a staple in my kitchen for several reasons: Superior Heat Distribution: The heat distributes perfectly across the entire surface. Unlike other pans I’ve used, this one has a very uniform temperature, which is essential for consistent cooking. Crispy gyozas: I love making gyozas in this pan. This was only my only for 2+months when I was moving. You can really cook anything in it. I cooked 2 meals a day during that time and it still looks brand new 6 months later.
