Box was a bit banged up and the styrofoam was fairly obliterated inside. The sink itself had one of the flat corners bend pretty badly. I had to take some time an TLC to bend it back into proper condition and it appears ok now. Point is it could have been packaged a bit better. The sink itself looks great and will work for us well.. Beautiful piece! We were disappointed to have to return the first one we bought from a different site because the size was wrong for our space. It turned out to be a blessing, because this one is heavier gauge, and it was carefully packed in a CRATE, but a cardboard box, like the other one (resultung in a dented piece), along with info from the manufacturer.
