Very tall and nice looking post. I was shocked by the exterior shell material, I expected it to be a bit thicker but instead it was thinner plastic. The inside post was heavy duty. The lamp is very nice looking, but there are a few problems with it. Many of the glass panels had chips along the edges, but they are concealed by the frame once they were put in. The mounting screws for the top to attach to the bottom are extremely small and easy to drop! Once assembled and installed, the top wobbles somewhat when touched by hand. Not installed yet because I’m waiting on my electrician but I love the size, the look, all great. It was not cheep but I was unable to buy one in our local stores. Just not an item they carry or with shipping so unreliable, this is the way to go. It arrived early and in a box unharmed with loads of packing to protect.
