The bed looks good and sturdy. However, we used it for 13 months and then it the frame suddenly snapped and broke. We heard the thud while we were laying in bed and it just collapsed. We dont have kids that jump in the bed or use it inappropriately. We called Wayfair and they refused to repair or replace it since it was just after the 1 year warranty. We offered to pay for replacement parts but they refused that too and said we will have to buy the whole bed again and instructed to buy their extended warranty next time. This is not a cheap be - it was well over 2,000 when we bought it so we should reasonably expect it to last several years.. Fenil. Liberty Township, Ohio. Sun Sep 06 2026

I love the color and the weight, heavy duty support with the wooden lattice to put the mattress on. I had to give it 4 stars because although it shows very low on the floor. I think it’s a little low for myself but not for my husband it’s new so I still need to get accustomed to it. It’s like a Japanese style bed low to the floor. Everyone have their wants and needs.. Align + elevate. This platform bed balances an easy modern aesthetic with thoughtful details. Crafted from wood, its clean-lined, low-profile design showcases a contemporary vibe enhanced by the natural wood grain variation. The headboard features a panel of linen upholstery to soften the look, while the subtle cutout matches the footboard for cohesion. An included slat kit + center support legs ensure a sturdy feel without a box spring – just add your chosen mattress (sold separately). Pair with the rest of the collection.

The look of the bed frame itself is great, and the color of the headboard fabric and the frame's wood, appeared true to the photos in the listing. The bed gets a slight hit due to the time and work to put it together. For a one person job it took about 4 hours to put together, and much of that comes from the need to drill all the holes for the slats, as you'll be drilling in to the bed frame itself, and you'll want to predrill those holes (and make sure you don't over drill as it's very possible to break through the bottom and expose the sharp bottom end of the screw. The tolerances around some of the screws and holes that are predrilled are also very tight, and getting the plastic washers on isn't the easiest. So make sure to have a power drill, appropriate drill bits, and a Phillips head bit, or else this bed could take you upwards of 5 to 6 hours to put together.. Richard. Jersey City, NJ. Tue Aug 11 2026
