Even a queen would feel quite at home reclining atop the lush curves and sculptural lines of this highly stylized Swan Garden Bench. Full of characteristically Neoclassical touches - sturdy, acanthus-bedecked scroll feet, paired arched winged swans, a balanced shell pediment top, and the graceful scroll work mirrored on the intricately sculpted backrest - this substantial bench makes a strikingly beautiful architectural statement indoors or out. It arrives in three pieces for manageable.

I have lusted after this swan bench for years and finally broke down and bought it. Kicking myself now for not having purchased it years ago. It is stunning! We have a waterfall wall behind our outdoor pergola and this bench hides the cistern -so you get the full benefit of the beautiful wall and swan bench without the ugly 'technicalities'. It wasn't too hard to put together. We've added a tiger rug and a bench pad (not pictured) to cozy up the space. I cannot say enough how absolutely gorgeous and elegant this bench is!. Deborah. The rearing horse pipe sculpture was envisioned by Timbul Raharjo, an award-winning artist and sculptor from the village of Kasongan in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. He is well-known for large-scale masterpieces like these decorative sculptures that are made from highly polished stainless-steel pipe that is individually placed and welded together to create astonishing, complex forms like mustangs and bulls. Timbul works with all types of metals, including aluminum castings, to make dresses, humans, and animals. Each piece is hand-sculpted and, after a thorough polish, the sculptures come to life convincingly. We also offer the horse in galloping and walking profiles in this family of sculptures. Each of these reflects the ethos that Phillips Collection personifies: modern organic.

This classic statue evokes timeless beauty in the idyllic form of one of Rome's great men. Cast directly from the original scaled Roman statue of ca. 50 B.C. by the sculptor Kleomenes. The Nude male statue, erroneously identified as Germanicus, a member of the family of the Emperor Augustus, probably should be considered a portrait of a member of a wealthy family of the late Republic. It is here represented with a body copied from a well-known statue of the god Hermes (Mercury), the Orator, which stood in Athens. This nude male sculpture is executed in the classicizing style popular in the 1st century B.C. when sculptors like Kleomenes looked for inspiration to the masters of the 5th and 4th centuries in Greece. A distinctive addition to your home or garden gallery, this exclusive work echoes the fine sculptures seen on European estates.

Love my new garden sculpture! It was well packed for shipping and arrived in mint condition. It is solid/heavy and will be quite stable. I did think (per the picture online) that it would look a little more antiqued or vintage. In fact, it is lighter in color. I believe it will weather and age over time in my garden bed.. Lorena.
