I like this sturdy table and it is a good value. It exactly matches the online images and description. It is straightforward to assemble and came with all the hardware and tools needed. I assembled it alone without any problem it took about 1 hour. I purchased it as an Open Box item which is always hit or miss since Wayfair typically does not perform a thorough inspection of returned items. I was concerned it was going to be damaged because the box was making terrible metal on metal banging sounds upon delivery. It appeared to have been very well packed originally and had foam wrapped around and cable tied to the various pieces however, the original purchaser had cut the cable ties and removed the foam and Styrofoam packing materials. All those loose parts and detached packing materials were thrown back into the box almost no parts of the table were secure (hence the metal on metal banging sounds). The only issue I encountered was difficulty aligning a horizontal stabiling bar that connects the 2 long decorative pieces attached to the table legs.. Winfrey Wright. Fredericksburg. Subject: Issues with Assembly Quality – Order # 3607414352 Re: order # 3607414352 To whom it may concern, I’m reaching out regarding my purchase of the 8‑person outdoor pub set with seat cushions and the large center lazy Susan. It is the 10 piece high outdoor pub set that cost me in total, $2,649.99. There was a delivery delay because it was delivered mid-June, and it was supposed to arrive sometime between May 4th – 8th . Once it finally arrived, I had to hire someone to assemble it. The assembly that was agreed on with the hired hand was originally supposed to cost us $200, but ended up costing $500.00, due to significant manufacturing defects. Many of the pre‑drilled holes did not line up with the components they were intended for, and the assembler had to drill new holes in multiple areas just to complete the job. The table alone took over three hours because of these issues, and the chairs required additional corrective work as well. The lazy Susan for the center of the table is discolored in spots, I have attached 3 pictures to this email of the lazy Susan. The set is now assembled and looks great, but the amount of extra labor required was far beyond what should be expected for a brand‑new product at this price point. These defects clearly originated from the manufacturing process, not from assembly error. I wanted to bring this to your attention because the product did not meet reasonable quality standards, and the additional cost and difficulty were unexpected and unnecessary. I would appreciate your review of this matter and any consideration you can offer regarding the inconvenience and extra expense we endured caused by the manufacturing defects. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response. Sincerely, Roger Furman. Roger. PA. Thu Jul 09 2026
