Alessi Stainless Steel Teaspoon

The Dry collection was Alessi's only model of cutlery. Despite the grim prospects forwarded by those in the sector, the collection proves that its innovative shape and resolute style, along with extreme manageability and an excellent finish, can weather the storm. Over the years, the Dry model has opened up the road for us and various other cutlery sets, though it has always remained well up among the leaders.

The table set “Ovale” was designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec. " The “Ovale” collection strives to be original, but it also wants to be rustic and traditional. We set out in pursuit of delicate expression. This composition speaks about everyday life, about breakfast, lunch, and about everyone getting together for dinner. There is a desire for simplicity".

I've never purchased new flatware, always had some hand-me-downs which was just fine because it never mattered. But I saw these, loved the look and purchased them. Silly me thought I was getting 5 place settings but I actually got 5 pieces. Doesn't matter, they are sleek and pretty and I get to use them and the rest of the family can use the others.. Nancy. Following the typical minimalist approach that features in all Jasper Morrison's work, this design is an attempt to reduce the "cutlery-object" to its barest essence, its purest and most customary form and what might tentatively be called its definitive form, and deliberately stripped of all stylistic value and - perhaps precisely because of this - recognizable as Morrison's work.

this is a nice product- does the job and good weight. Leslie. Grosse Pointe Park, MI. Thu Dec 31 2015

Soft and sinuous shapes for the Mami collection. These objects witness Stefano Giovannoni's desire to combine playful themes, with a completely new trend: A search for classicism, harmony, and originality developed, as only he can, along the lines of the maternal figure.

We received Carlo Mazzeri Salad Serving Bowl as a wedding present in 1976. We still use it every week and it looks brand new. We love the timeless style and it is the perfect size for us. Our niece was the first in her generation to get married, we purchased this bowl for her and told her about our receiving it as a wedding present 38 years ago. We also purchased the 'Dressed' Salad set to go with the bowl. We were not aware of the pattern on the back side of the two pieces and weren't sure that we liked it when we received them. However, we think they are a nice match to the bowl.. Gary. Ann Arbor, MI. Tue Sep 23 2014

Big Love is a big ice cream bowl designed for singles as well as couples to share: The two halves of the spoon heart - a small divertissement - make it possible for each to their part of the ice cream without touching that of the other. As imagined by Italian designer Miriam Mirri.

For Achille Castiglioni objects had to fulfill two essential requirements: They should offer practical solutions to the small problems arising while "being at the table" possibly with intelligent functional innovation, and they should also satisfy the public's taste, for example, for the finish of metal.

This is a nice set of four "scoops". They will work nicely with a charcuterie board that needs to be scooped. One concern is that the handles have a kind of tarnished look. It is not silver, but the handles look tarnished. Otherwise, it will be a nice addition to dips or a charcuterie board.. Gwen. Milton, FL. Thu Oct 06 2022
