Pretty good quality, for the most part. Had an issue with some of the veneer pieces not lining up when building it, but other than that the build process went smoothly. This is a beautiful piece of office furniture. Looks very good. Took about 3 hours to put together. If you are not good with reading instructions fully get help. It's somewhat strong, but I would only use it for hanging file folders. The bottoms of the draws are made with some sort of hardboard and the weight is not sufficient to hold much of anything else in my opinion. They are just slid into slots on the bottom. Great for the price. Assembly instructions not totally clear, but we figured it out through trial and error. Lots of screws on this one! Drawers are cloth, like those cubes you buy, with a stiff bottom to add to make them sturdier. Will be interesting to see how much we can put in them before they start bucklinggetting out of shape. However, it sure made drawers and drawer tracks way easier than assembling wood drawers and making sure tracks align correctly! Very nice desk for what I needed. Looks very nice and fits my printer, desktop computer, and two 24" monitors. Plus lots of extra room for odds and ends.
