The only thing is that I decided to not add the sides pieces since I didn’t need it and wanted this to be in the middle of the kitchen. It took me about 4 hours but I double checked the instructions before screwing the pieces together. I’m not really going to use it for food prep so don’t know how that would work. Holes weren’t drilled all the way in some spots and had a really hard time forcing the screws through with a handheld Phillips head. Btw you need your own Phillips head. We were pleasantly impressed by the build quality of this kitchen island. The Wayfair assembly tech was professional and assembled the island in good order. It will definitely meet our needs. Beautiful island especially for the price! It took me 40 mins to put together alone and 9 months pregnant, but for any regular person it would take much less time! The stainless steel is obviously not heavy duty and I see it getting scratched in the very near future but that doesn’t bother me, especially at the price point it’s at.
