I have a well & have used several drip-type and faucet mounted filters to remove chemicals and particulates. NONE work as well as Zero Water filters. My only complaint can be viewed as a positive or a negative, but people need to be aware of the life of the filters. I have been changing my filters every 2 weeks (when the water I put in takes over 8 hours to filter through - you are supposed to change when the water reaches 6 on the meter and I push it a little further). This could be considered expensive, but I am figuring about [$] per day for the cleanest water I have ever tasted, used to make tea and coffee, and cooked with. If you need a filter, this is the only filter I will ever use again.

Not only does the filter system make the water taste superb (and the water in our area is near the top anyway) but it filters any impurities that foul up tiny orifices that put down our highly sensitive electronic equipment of today. What can I say, "We love it!" So does our coffee maker.
