Having a wing chair cover not only protects your wing chair from stains but also gives your wing chair a new look if your wing chair looks a bit broken or not so new. If your wing chair has no gaps to stuff the extra fabric, it may not look as perfect as shown in the picture after being put on. The installation instructions are included in the package. These are absolutely gorgeous! They completely transformed my wingback chairs. Still playing with it— tucking and smoothing. Easy to put on my old high back chair. This is the best sofa cover I've bought. It's very soft (feels like cotton, but is easy care polyester), but also thick enough to be waterproof and last for a while. You would never know it's waterproof by looking at it, but I tested it by pouring water on the light side. It pooled and didn't soak through, but it did leave the light side feeling damp. I'm assuming that the fabric is treated with a water-proofing chemical on the dark side?? I bought this to donate to a foster family, and I think it'll save their couch some wear & tear. :) I couldn't photograph it on a couch (I live in a tiny yurt with no couch), but you can see from the photo showing the entire cover laid out on my deck that it's plenty big enough to cover a full size couch. What I thought I ordered I did not get. I thought I was getting a gray chenille sofa slip cover and what I got was a throw pillow cover. I sent a message and asked to get the sofa slip cover and I am still waiting to hear back or have it arrive. Nothing yet and I really have no use for 1 pillow cover.
