Poor quality--great design can't make up for it!
When installing, the faucet dies not firmly attach to the part that sits on the countertop. It wobbled significantly,; very loose. The set screw was turned to the tightest setting and our contractor who usually finds a solution said there was nothing he could do about it since the bottom and top parts of the spout simply didn't match tightly enough.
This is going back. Lesson learned: do not buy a no-name brand with no reviews. And don't equate expensive with quality.... Cathrin. Margate City, NJ. Wed Feb 03 2016
