Her inspiration for each piece stems from her extensive travels abroad and interest in international culture, her childhood upbringing in a diverse Brooklyn neighborhood and her love of the fine materials synonymous with high-fashion. By creating THRO, Lorenz is able to share with a broad range of consumers her beloved and creative designs.

THRO offers soft home furnishings and home accessories in a wide variety of colors, textures and patterns that add a touch of brilliance and fun to any home. Since launching in 1998, THRO has seen great success with their decorative pillows and throw blankets, which inspired Lorenz to expand the brand to include bedding, pajama sets, bath robes, baby clothing and dog beds.
