We've been t-fal products fan for ever, and I'm so glad with this purchase. :) The only thing that I don't like is that it is so slippery on the stove, so I always have to hold the handle if I want to stir the food inside, so it is a little scary to use. The heat is distributed evenly over the entire bottom of the skillets and pots. This is NOT one of those thin, light weight sets; there is a lot of material used. The handles get a little warm, buy they sure are nice and soft. You will not go wrong, if you buy this set.
