We have a lot of older neighborhood kids (8 years - 10 years) that will come over and play in it too. We thought about a larger sandbox that the kids could get into, but this one is nice bc they do not make quite as big of a mess and they have the option to play with water too. Assembly was not too difficult, but you definitely needed to have some strength to push the screws in. Was this helpful? Yes / No

We put river rocks in one side and water in the other, which is just perfect! My only complaint is that the sand side doesn't have a drain, even though it's sure to get water in it. We had water on both sides for a while, which she loved, but I had to tip the whole thing over to drain it. Not a big deal. All in all, a great toy for summer! Was this helpful? Yes / No
