Fabric: Use vacuum cleaner for regular cleaning
Do not steam clean
Most stains can be removed by applying mild soap to slightly damp cloth, then rubbing it gently over stain. Wipe dry

We have several around the office and everyone has one of two problems. The first is the plastic base stretches out and the seat shock starts to rub on the carpet (damaging the carpet as you try to roll around on it) the second is the seat frame!! Because it's flexible, it brakes and pinches our employees. On the warranty they only covered the frame once, but not the base... save your money and look for a better built chair. The degree of tension (how easily it leans back) isn't adjustable, but for now it's at a good level. Seems slightly less solid than the less comfortable chair it replaced, but that may just be a plastic/metal thing. Only negative is that the vertical adjustment is a little tricky to use. The assembly was ridiculously easy once I figured out how to read the diagram and where to insert the casters. Was this helpful? Yes / No
