Uno^TM is made from steel, nylon, polypropylene, urethane foam, and 100% polyester fabric
Plastic and painted parts: clean often using household cleaner (Fantastik® or 409®) and wipe with a soft, dry cloth
Fabric: Use a vacuum cleaner for regular cleaning
Do not steam clean
Most stains can be removed by applying a mild soap to a slightly damp cloth, then rubbing it gently over the stain. Wipe dry

The degree of tension (how easily it leans back) isn't adjustable, but for now it's at a good level. Seems slightly less solid than the less comfortable chair it replaced, but that may just be a plastic/metal thing. Only negative is that the vertical adjustment is a little tricky to use. The assembly was ridiculously easy once I figured out how to read the diagram and where to insert the casters. Service Review Delivery was very fast and there was no need for customer service. I have a sever back pain and I am waitting for the surgery operation so I can't sit more than 30 Minutes on any chairs but this chair which has a really comfortable and adjustable features.
