Simmons Upholstery Recliners

We have been very happy with our purchase of this recliner. I saw it in a local furniture store but found it cheaper here. It is quite comfortable and I love the fact that it rocks. My husband has wanted a recliner for a long time but we needed one that wasn't too big for our area. This is the perfect size. My husband is almost 6 feet and he can recline comfortably and has fallen asleep in it many nights. He made the comment today about being excited about the return of baseball season and envisions many nights in his recliner snoozing and watching baseball. The only drawbacks are that the seat itself is not very deep but is fine if you are reclining. Also, be aware of what bonded leather is. From what I have read, it is not mostly leather, just a little part. For me that's not a big deal because it looks and feels like leather and so far has been very durable. For the price point, we don't expect it to last 20 years and I will probably tire of it before it wears out anyway! So, we are very happy with the product for the price."..."  Read more

I love this chair, I shopped around and found the best price on this chair from wayfair and even though I bought it without ever sitting in it first I cant tell you how awesome the chair is and the quality and craftsmanship is second to none. If you find a similiar chair for less I would suggest you just spend the difference and buy this chair from wayfair because not only will the cheaper chair be inferior, but the service before during and after the sale will pale in comparison. This chair has exceeded my expectations. The bonded leather is tough and very attractive. I was worried most about buying a chair without sitting in it first but this recliner is super comfortable. The seat is firm, has very little give to it, and yet it's soft at the same time. I highly recommend it. I bought it for my husband to go in his Men Den and it is the perfect chair to crash into at the end of the day. It was easy to put together - it came in two pieces. The only thing I don't like is to return the recliner lift to a stay down position it only works by the side lever. My husband doesn't mind that tho as he doesn't have to put it in a stay down position for him to get up and he can sit back down without having to open it back up as it stays open/up. I bought two of these and they are great. The backs need to be slid on with no tools required, very simple. This is an AMPLE chair which you really can't tell from the picture. I'm 6'3" 238 lbs and these chairs are very comfortable and seem to be made well. [...] I would recommend these chairs to ANYONE. I'm a mfg's rep in the office furniture industry and have been selling seating for over 40 years. I'm not affiliated with Burlington or Wayfair in any way. This is a FIVE STAR item. How can you beat the price of [$]? I have other recliners I've paid well over $1000 for that are not as comfortable. Sits a little hard for the first few days but get's softer the more you sit on it. If you get seating with to soft density fill and foam it breaks down in no time. They used the correct density on these recliners."..."  Read more
