Amazing

Silicone bakeware? I must admit that I was skeptical, however, after baking a pound cake, brownies, and muffins, I'm a convert! This bakeware is awesome!

STRESS-FREE BAKING

As much as I LOVE baking, normally, the main thing that prevents me from actually doing what I love is thinking about clean-up. Even the non-stick pans require lots of oil, or still require one to scrub hard after baking. Enter Silicone baking heaven -- no more stressing out about baking. Not only do I avoid having to dump oodles of oil to coat the pans, but I save myself so much time in clean-up afterwards. Seriously, these trays have given me the green light to bake so many things (for example, sticky messy things like eggplant for homemade baba ghanoush, or difficult to separate flax crackers) and I can't thank silicone enough for that. It's a miracle material.
