The shipping on this was fast, and the transaction was smooth! The pieces were all there, the putting it together wasn't too bad. BUT... the instructions said you had 1 washer that was a different size. I looked though them over and over and didn't find one... but we were left with 2 extra thingy's we had no clue what they were. We realized later they were the part we needed, they called it a 1/2 inch washer but it wasn't. So for those of you getting it... use the funky looking claw like washer with the 10" carriage bolt. It will go together easier. :) Other than that it was easy... and my kids have played on it for weeks now! I recommend it!"..."  Read more
