I'm happy with it in the end, but the first locker was delivered with lots of dents. Customer service promptly shipped us a replacement. However, the second locker also has dents, just not as noticeable. Thankfully they're mostly not super visible. I will have to return the first locker to fedex and it weighs 100 lbs so that is no small task. So I didn't want to bother ordering a third hoping for less dents. I had hopes for this being at most acceptable/usable at this price. The sheet metal used in the panels, doors and shelves is too thin to survive anything but the most delicate shipping. Clearly a cheaply made product designed to be throw-away. The panels actually become deformed and dented from simply handling with just a small amount of pressure. Salsbury 62000 series 12-inch wide double-tier standard metal lockers are constructed of 16 gauge steel. The lockers are available for colleges, high schools, locker rooms, government agencies, and many other applications.

It's nice and tall. It's relatively sturdy (solid in that its metal and should maintain its durability once it's assembled). Metal is not super heavy which helps with assembling it and getting it into place but metal can easily bend/dent if not handled carefully. Don't kneel or stand on it when trying to assemble it (that's really hard to do because accessing holes is challenging). Or if you do, try to put a pillow down or something before you step/kneel on a piece of the metal. That will minimize the potential of denting it. The set up is "easy" in that it instructions are pretty straight forward. However, accessing holes and placing the tiny bolts and nuts together while trying not to dent the metal is finicky. There are a LOT of nuts and bolts!! Lots of patience and persistence helps get you through this set up. We did not but all the hooks up because it was not necessary and helped cut down on the need to thread more nuts and bolts. You will need a ratchet type tool to tighten nuts and an extender to get at the many challenging areas. I'm not at all an expert or handy with assembling things so it took me over 4 hours.. Sharon. I really like this locker stand. My kids usually just come in and throw their backpacks on the ground. Now we have a place to put backpacks and shoes and makes mornings so much easier. Very easily assembled and feels pretty sturdy. I did turn it upside down so that I can have the smaller cubby work as a shoe holder.
