This table is wonderful. It does not look cheap or prefab, easy to put together, light yet sturdy, and I love the colors. I got the pecan, which looks much darker than it does in the photos. I knew this from reviews so was happy when I received it. As also reviewed and in the product description, the top is indeed an off white, like an eggshell color. This works well as the contrast is less stark and medical-looking than if it was pure white. My only criticism, also echoed in reviews, is the top is easy to both mark up and dent. I’ve only had it a few weeks and already has both and I haven’t exactly been abusing it, and I live alone. The marks are quite minimal so I don’t mind but I do wish it were a little more resilient. I love the natural wood look. Very heavy and sturdy. The only complain I have is that when we were assembling the table, the bottom table did not align with the metal legs. We unscrewed the screws few times and tried different methods. Finally got 3 screws in, but one. It looks normal from outside, but that one missing screw will bother me in my head for a while..
