The product is certainly as described-good flame and the crackling really makes it sound like a wood burning fire. I have relit one of the cans three times and same great flame each time. I have the product outside, under a covered porch, so have not noticed an odor. I am very happy with the product and service and will be ordering again. Glad they ship to Canada with no hassles.
