It's very pretty. And seems sturdy enough However parents need to remember to keep mobiles out of reach of small baby hands. It was slightly had to pull the material over the top but it needs to fit tightly to achieve the look it has. I had ordered it as a baby shower gift for my friend I knew she had picked the heaven sent crib bedding set but didn't have the matching mobile. This is a very good quality mobile for attaching to a crib. It is colorful with many shapes too. It has a music box to use once baby can reach and stand( company reccomends taking off the moving mobile portion when the baby can reach/stand to reach it, because, they would probably reach up or stand up and break it or pull it onto themself.
