This is the best! It takes about a minute to heat the milk & you get the best froth ever. And, best of all, it's practically silent! Use a bottle or wine glass cleaner to clean on the teflon finish. There is one hot spot where it will leave a burnt milk residue right next to the whisk holder. I haven't figured out how to use the "cold" command yet, but that's not why I got it.
